Hallie is an Associate Attorney at KLD LLP’s New York office. She regularly advises investors on their source of funds strategies and navigates the complexities of the EB-5 program, helping families achieve their goal of obtaining permanent residency in the United States through investment.
In addition to her EB-5 work, Hallie provides valuable assistance in family-based immigration matters, representing U.S. citizens in sponsoring their foreign national relatives. She also assists highly skilled individuals in obtaining green cards via EB-1A and National Interest Waiver petitions, and securing O-1 nonimmigrant visas.
Hallie brings extensive experience in federal litigation, having successfully assisted numerous clients in filing mandamus actions to compel the adjudication of their petitions.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, she served as a Law Clerk at KLD LLP, where she gained valuable experience in both family-based and employment-based immigration cases, enhancing her understanding of immigration law. Before attending law school, Hallie worked at a boutique immigration law firm for over three years, overseeing the firm’s EB-5 client portfolio and supporting its litigation practice.
