With over a decade of experience, Nima's practice focuses on EB-5 financing, for institutional grade development projects. Nima draws upon his experience to advise parties on all sides of the EB-5 transaction, including Regional Centers, project developers, advisors, and investors. Prior to joining the firm, Nima was a managing partner at a boutique immigration firm, where he was responsible for building and growing the most successful EB-5 law practice in the US, representing over 5,000 EB-5 investors. In addition to client representation. He successfully advised Regional Centers and operating businesses across the U.S. on over two billion dollars’ worth of EB-5 financing.
