Nima’s practice focused on EB-5 financing for institutional-grade development projects, providing expert guidance on complex transactions and playing a key role in securing funding for large-scale ventures. Nima was also a sought-after speaker on EB-5 issues, sharing insights at conferences and industry events around the world.

Over the course of his career, Nima was recognized for his contributions to the immigration community but it was the lives that he touched that are his true legacy. Always generous with his time and energy, Nima was a tireless advocate and friend. In his short time with us, Nima travelled the world, helping thousands of families achieve their American Dream.

Prior to joining the firm, Nima was a managing partner at a boutique immigration firm, where he was responsible for building and growing the most successful EB-5 law practice in the US, representing over 5,000 EB-5 investors.

In addition to client representation. He successfully advised Regional Centers and operating businesses across the U.S. on over two billion dollars’ worth of EB-5 financing.
