[Client Alert] USCIS Announces Expansion of Premium Processing to EB-1Cs and EB2/NIWs

As a reminder, USCIS has officially rolled out their expansion of premium processing to include EB-1C multi-national executives and managers and EB-2 for members of advanced degrees or exceptional ability seeking a NIW.

Looking forward, premium processing is expected to be extended to I-539 and I-765 applications this fiscal year, which will bring welcome relief to our clients with change of status requests and those needing employment authorization documents.
