Adrian Toh is an Associate Attorney in KLDP LLP’s Costa Mesa office. With more than a decade of experience focused primarily on business immigration, Adrian advises individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, scientists, engineers, and multinational companies on a broad range of employment- and investment-based immigration matters. His practice places particular emphasis on EB-1 petitions, EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions, and EB-5 investor matters. He also has substantial experience with O-1, L-1, H-1B, and EB-1C petitions, as well as responses to Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny, administrative appeals, and federal immigration litigation.

Adrian brings a distinctive combination of private-practice and in-house experience to his work. Before joining KLDP LLP, he represented professionals and corporate clients—including Fortune 500 companies—in complex immigration matters. He also served as in-house counsel and Legal Vice President for a California EB-5 regional center with more than $300 million in assets under management. In that role, he helped structure and file more than 70 EB-5 hospitality and healthcare projects, prepared and oversaw hundreds of investor petitions, and advised on related corporate compliance, securities, lending, and real estate matters. This experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of EB-5 matters from both the investor and project-development perspectives.

Adrian earned his B.A. in English Literature, with minors in Political Science and Sociology, from the University of California, Irvine. He received his J.D. with honors from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, formerly UC Hastings, and has been admitted to practice in California since 2009. He is a native English speaker and speaks conversational Mandarin.
