Our Mission

At KLD LLP, we utilize our experience counseling corporations, athletes/entertainers, regional centers, families,  agents, and projects to develop immigration strategies to accomplish every objective.

With a focus on business and investment immigration, our clients include financial addition to investment funds and startup companies, who entrust our attorneys to support and grow their brands.

Our firm has also advised on well over $2 billion in EB-5 financing deals for businesses and projects, including mixed-use real estate developments in Los Angeles and New York, sports stadiums, multifamily projects, charter schools, and publicly-traded franchise restaurants.
